We’re often asked questions about the popular monthly bonuses, so we created this guide to answer your questions.
1. What is the monthly bonus?
The Monthly Bonus is additional funds available to all eligible players and is paid out monthly. There are very few deposit and wagering restrictions to qualify for the Monthly Bonus, you just need to be an eligible player.

2. How to get the monthly bonus?
To receive the monthly bonus, you need to have an account in Stake and your email must be verified. Your email address must not have bounced incorrectly so that we cannot contact you, and you must not have unsubscribed from our emails. Players who violate the Terms of Service will be disqualified from receiving the monthly bonus.
The monthly bonus is distributed once a month via email. If you do not receive the email, you will not receive the monthly bonus.
3. How to calculate my monthly bonus?
Monthly bonuses are calculated based on your VIP level and recent betting turnover. Players who are very active on both Stake Casino and Sportsbook are likely to receive higher bonuses. If you are an active Gold player, you may receive higher bonuses than non-VIP players who are not active on the site. Active players may win higher bonuses than inactive players at higher VIP levels.
4.Redeposit or coupons?
Most of the time, players receive a reload bonus as their monthly bonus.
Players are often rewarded with a coupon (one-time bonus) if they have already received a reload bonus or have recently redeemed a reload bonus.
5.What is re-save?
Simply put, reload is a bonus divided into multiple time periods. Whether it is daily, hourly or every ten minutes, reload bonuses require you to return to Stake to redeem the bonus.

6. How do I redeem my monthly bonus?
If your monthly bonus is in the form of a coupon, your link will be embedded at the bottom of the email.
If you have already received a reload bonus, you will need to redeem your bonus in the Reload tab of the VIP section of your account.
7. When will I receive my monthly bonus?
We want to keep this a secret, it’s a surprise for special VIP players!
8. How can I ensure that my monthly bonus is higher than last month?
The answer is simple: just play and bet. Whether it’s online slots , poker , Stake Originals , brand new games or major sports such as football , basketball , horse racing or eSports , we offer rewards for joining the journey. The more you play and the more you bet, the higher your monthly bonus will be.
9.My VIP host offers a higher daily re-deposit bonus than my monthly bonus! Why?
Sometimes, the reload bonus set by the VIP host will change according to other bonuses and total profit. The monthly bonus is only adjusted according to the wagering requirements. If you want to get more information and understand in detail, please contact our VIP host.
10. Can I convert my monthly bonus from a reload to a one-time bonus?
Sorry, you cannot change your monthly bonus form regardless of your VIP level or any other circumstances.
11. When can I redeem my next reload bonus?
Your email will clearly state whether your deposit bonus is redeemed daily, hourly or even minute by minute, and your deposit page will indicate the exact time of the next redemption.
